COMPANY HISTORY
Kulzer and Company, Inc. is a full service
real estate appraisal and consulting firm, which provides
a wide array of valuation services in both commercial
and residential real estate markets throughout southwestern
Pennsylvania. Founded in 1951 by John P. Kulzer, MAI,
Kulzer and Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated
real estate firm specializing in valuation. Kulzer and
Company, Inc. has employed three generations of real
estate professionals with Peter R. Kulzer currently
serving as president and senior appraiser. Our long
history of appraisal excellence has made Kulzer and
Company, Inc. a respected authority in southwestern
Pennsylvania. Kulzer and Company, Inc. serves a diverse
clientele of mortgage lenders, lawyers, government agencies
and private individuals. Our qualified staff of appraisers
performs a wide range of appraisal services in the fields
of commercial and residential real estate. We conduct
our work in accordance with the Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice as well as the high
standards of the Appraisal Institute.
Kulzer and Company, Inc. appraises a variety

to impact studies on public works projects. Our experience
