Kimberli Verosko

Ms. Verosko has served as a certified residential appraiser with Kulzer and Company, Inc. since October of 2013, and was previously a licensed appraiser trainee since 2011. Ms. Verosko began her appraisal career with Miller Appraisal Services in 2009 where she was hired to do research and data entry. Since becoming a licensed appraiser trainee in October of 2010, Ms. Verosko has participated in all aspects of the appraisal process from data collection and entry to site inspections and analysis with a concentration on residential valuation. Since Ms. Verosko began working with Kulzer and Company, Inc. her experience has been expanded to include assistance with the valuation of commercial real estate as well.
